An article by R3 Counsel Maris Jager entitled: “The Aftermath of Flint: Lead Testing in Chicago’s Daycares and Schools” was published in the Winter 2018 edition of Natural Resources & Environment, the quarterly publication of the ABA’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.  The article discusses the rising awareness of the prevalence of lead in drinking water in schools and daycares that has resulted from the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, and identifies national trends towards remediation and prevention.
